Each video will answer the following five questions in 2 minutes.
1. Your name and name of your company.
2. How do you see your role in the planning and fulfillment of the perfect reception? (Describe as if for the first time what is it that a ____ actually “does”?)
3. How would you describe your personal style?
4. What do you offer that I might not find anywhere else? Tell me what makes you special.
5. Walk me through your process. Take me from our first phone call to the last interaction; explain along the way your company’s customer service philosophy.
You will have 3 options when it comes time to make your video…
1. Make it yourself.
2. $350 video (Look at examples DJ Mike Love and Photo John Ventresco) we negotiated with several videographers who will film you answering the five questions. You provide the video clips for the B-roll and they will edit it together.

It’s important to note whether you do the video yourself or we supply you with one of our sub-contractors you must answer ALL five questions.
